*****

Registration for Fall begins in mid-January.
For any student to apply for admission
to Mary Immaculate Catholic School, you must:

1) Complete the Application found at www.mischool.org/pages/Apply_Online. PLEASE BE SURE TO ACCESS THE CORRECT YEAR FOR APPLICATION.
Applications are considered based on the following priority:
Priority 1: Siblings of currently enrolled families
Priority 2: Mary Immaculate Parish and St. Ann Parish members
Priority 3: Members from other Catholic Parishes
Priority 4: Non-Catholics

Application fee payments are due at the time you submit an application. Registration fee payments are due at time of acceptance. Accepted families are required to sign up for the SmartTuition program, which manages tuition payments. Assessments are given to all incoming Kindergarteners to determine a starting point for learning. Mary Immaculate School does not conduct academic testing to determine admissions for new students in grades 1-8.

NOTE ON WAITLISTS:A complete and current registration form must be submitted to be place on a waitlist. Waitlists are only sustained for the school year during which you submit registration papers, so you must re-apply each year to remain on a waitlist. Also note that our top priority on enrollment is to siblings of currently enrolled students; therefore, waitlist order may change if an incoming family enrolls a second student in a non-waitlisted grade.

2) Request information to be sent from the student's current school:

___ Transcript: If applying to 1st through 8th grade, the student’s current school will need to send report cards, attendance, and conduct records. Click here for a form that can be sent to request the transcript from them.

___ A New Student Information form should also be submitted to the student's current school for them to fax or mail back:

3) Accept Admission Offer. Students selected for admission to MIS must send notice of their intent to attend along with their registration fees, Smart Tuition registration, and confidential family survey before enrollment is considered complete. Accepted families are required to sign up for the SmartTuition program, which manages tuition payments.

Catholic families who would like to register as parishioners at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church will need to contact the church office at 972-243-7104. If you have any questions about the above process, please contact the school office at 972-243-7105 x0.
