Mary Immaculate School participates in Dallas Parochial League (DPL) sanctioned athletics in the fifth through eighth grades. Please refer to the DPL for further details on the particular sport of your interest.

To participate in DPL athletics at MIS, your must turn in the following paperwork:
DPL Physical Form - This form is valid from June 1 to May 31 of every school year (must be dated after May 31st for the next school year)
Medical Release Form - Only valid if notarized
In addition, there is a participation fee for all sports and tournaments.
