Smart Tuition, a national 20-year-old provider of tuition/fee billing and management services used by Mary Immaculate School to manage our tuition payment process. Note that tuition payments cannot be accepted at the school office...enrollment in the SMART Tuition is compulsory for all school families.Registered families with questions regarding tuition payments at MIS can contact Smart Tuition at (888) 868-8828 or visit www.smarttuition.com for more details. Smart Tuition is recognized by several professional associations and serves approximately 2000 schools throughout the country. Benefits of using Smart Tuition include:
- 24/7 online access and online payment ability
- 24/7 phone access and phone in payment ability (English and Spanish)
- Automatic email payment courtesy reminder
- Automated email and phone call follow-up service when families miss a payment
- Payment plans include the option for credit card (MC, Discover, AMX) at 2.5%
There are three tuition payment plans for our families to select from:
- 10 Monthly Payments: Jul 2010 to Apr 2011
- 2 Payments: Jul 2010 and Dec 2010
- 1 Payment: July 2010
Tuition, EDP, Alphabetic Phonics and any reoccurring charges are processed through SMART Tuition. As consistent with other years, payment for items such as events, library and athletic fees will be made directly to the school.
Registration for the school year is not complete without enrollment in the SMART Tuition program.
