RenWeb

Mary Immaculate School utilizes the school management system – RenWeb School Management Software. This system serves as a single point tool to maintain Family and Student information, class information and student grades among other items. In addition, this system allows us to email Progress Reports and Report Cards directly to the Parents and Guardians of our students.

For Family communication, we use RenWeb’s ParentsWeb – a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to see academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. All you need is an Internet-capable computer to view information such as:

  • Attendance

  • Daily Grades

  • Progress Reports

  • Report Cards

  • Missing Assignments

  • School Calendar

  • School Announcements

  • School Family Directory

  • Other Useful School Information

ParentsWeb Account

RenWeb’s ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You can see your child’s grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.Here’s how to access our RenWeb ParentsWeb:

  1. You must have an email address entered from your registration documents by the school office.

  2. Use the link to go to https://www.renweb.com/Logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx?DistrictCode=MI-TX

  3. This will take you directly to the Mary Immaculate School RenWeb login with our District Code: MI-TX

  4. Click Create New ParentsWeb Account.

  5. Type your email address and select Create Account. A verification email will be sent to you. Your email address must match what is in RenWeb as entered by the office from your registration documents to allow the registration to begin.

  6. If you do not receive an email from RenWeb within the hour, please contact mimmaculate@mischool.org. Include Parent Name and valid Email address information in your email.

ParentsWeb Grade Access

Once logged into ParentsWeb:

  1. Select Student Information on the left side of the page.

  2. Select the student name at the top of the Student Summary area.

  3. Select the grade next to a subject name and you will be presented with a page of detailed information on the grade.

ParentsWeb Information Update

ParentsWeb gives you the ability to update your family information, such as email, phone, address, as they change. This is done using the Family Demographic Forms.

  1. Log into your ParentsWeb account.

  2. Select the Family Information link on the left side of the page.

  3. Select the Family Demographic Form at the bottom of the page in the Online Filing Cabinet section.

  4. Select the type of information you need to modify such as Custodial Parent Form to modify a parents contact information.

  5. Make sure to select the Save button at the bottom of the form to store your modified information.

Note that MIS does not presently support auto email progress report or Parent Alert.
