Calendar
To see/print the calendar by week, month, or in agenda format, click on the tabs at the top right of the calendar (week, month, agenda) and then hit "print." If you have trouble viewing the calendar, try another browser like Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.
Google Calendars for MIS
Mary Immaculate provides school-wide and group-specific calendars via Google's Calendar System so that you can pick and choose calendars that are particular to your family’s needs. You can view all of them combined together in one calendar…and can even add in your own personal family calendar so that all of your scheduling is together in one place! These calendars can be accessed from anywhere that you have access to the internet, as well as synced for many cell phone calendars.
It takes a few minutes to set up, but will save you much time in the future. To get started, we suggest that you print out this first page of instructions, then follow the steps below.
1) Visit Google Calendar and click on the button labeled 'Create an Account.' Follow their directions to set up your personal calendar.
2) To add MIS calendars to your calendar system, you will need to enter in the URLs for each MIS calendar that you wish to see. These URLs are listed at the bottom of this page. We will first add the School-Wide Events and Days Off calendar.
a. From the bottom of this page, you will need to highlight the URL text next to that calendar and copy it before going to step 2b.
b. Look in the bottom left corner of your Google Calendar screen. You will see a box labeled Other Calendars. On that box you will see the word Add. Click Add and then click Add by URL. A popup box will come into view with a field labeled URL:
c. Paste the URL you copied into this field and click Add Calendar. You will see a colored box appear and the new dates will appear on your calendar.
3) Add additional MIS calendars to your calendar system, by entering in their corresponding URLs as instructed in steps 2a through 2b.
