Extended Day Program & School Hours

School Hours, Arrival & Dismissal

Students may be dropped off as early as 7:20 AM when the school building opens. Classes begin promptly at 7:55 AM, and all students are dismissed at 3:10 PM.

Extended Day Program

Because students must be supervised after dismissal, Mary Immaculate School offers an Extended Day Program (EDP) for enrolled students. EDP operates on all regular school days until 6:00 PM and on early dismissal days until 3:00 PM. The program provides a safe, nurturing environment that includes snack time, homework time, recreation, and supervised play.

For the safety and security of all students, every child must be signed out in person by a parent, guardian, or other authorized contact listed in FACTS. Parents and authorized contacts must park in the school parking lot and proceed to the EDP sign-out tablet to enter their assigned FACTS ID number and sign out their student.

EDP Rates for 2026-2027 School Year:

Part Time – Pick up by 4:30pm 1 student $165/month
2 students $245/month
3 students $295/month

**A late fee of $5 per minute will be charged beginning at 3:31 PM for students who are not enrolled in the Extended Day Program. For students enrolled in the Extended Day Program, a late fee of $5 per minute will be charged beginning at 4:31 PM (for part time enrollments) and 6:01 PM (for full time enrollments).

Sports EDP is offered for those students, enrolled in an MIS sport, who have practice that begins before 6pm on regular days or 3pm on early dismissal days. The student may attend only on practice days, until the season ends.
