Character Formation
At Mary Immaculate School, we believe that developing strong character is just as important as academic success. Our students are encouraged to grow as leaders, role models, and active members of their community through a variety of programs and extracurricular opportunities.
Character Formation at MIS
Student Ambassadors
Students in grades 6-8 have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by serving as Student Ambassadors.
These students under go a rigorous selection process and, if chosen, represent MIS both on campus and in the community.
Ambassadors serve as hosts for school events, assist with prospective families, and exemplify the values of service, responsibility, and integrity.
Student Council
The MIS Student Council is a student-led organization comprised of elected representatives from grades 7-8 who embody the ideals, spirit, and standards of our school.
Student Council members take an active role in organizing school events, leading service projects, and planning activities like the junior high dance.
Beyond the classroom, MIS offers a variety of after-school clubs and extracurricular activities designed to foster students; interests, creativity, and teamwork.
Whether in academic clubs, the arts, or athletics, students have opportunities to explore their passions, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships.
At MIS, character formation is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring our students grow into compassionate, responsible, and engaged young leaders.
