Where Wonder Take Root
At MIS, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Since 1959, we have nurtured generations of students, equipping them with knowledge, integrity, and faith to pursue their dreams. In Spring 2024, we expanded this vision with the launch of the Growing Adventures Greenhouse; Garden, a space where students cultivate curiosity, responsibility, and a deeper connection with God’s creation.
Where Wonder Takes Root
The Growing Adventures Greenhouse; Garden is more than just a place to plant seeds—it’s an immersive learning environment where students:
• Experience hands-on science by exploring plant life cycles, ecosystems, and sustainability.
• Develop responsibility and teamwork through planting, nurturing, and harvesting crops.
• Deepen their faith by reflecting on the beauty and purpose of creation.
• Integrate learning across subjects, from biology and chemistry to math, business, and even theology.
A Living Classroom
At MIS, we prepare students not just for academic success, but for a life of meaning and impact. Our graduates go on to become leaders, innovators, and compassionate individuals, making a difference in every field—from medicine and law to business and public service.
The Growing Adventures Greenhouse; Garden embodies this mission. It fosters wonder, encouraging students to ask big questions about the world, themselves, and their role in shaping the future. As they cultivate plants, they also cultivate perseverance, faith, and a love for learning—qualities that will serve them for a lifetime.
Planting Seed for the Future
Through the Growing Adventures Greenhouse; Garden, Mary Immaculate students are rooted in faith, growing in knowledge, and ready to flourish. We invite you to be part of this journey—whether as a student, family, or supporter.
Together, let’s nurture the next generation of leaders who will give their best to the world, with excitement and great hope.
