Safe Environment Program

It is of utmost importance at Mary Immaculate to keep our children, staff, and visitors safe. We screen every school volunteer and adhere to the requirements of the Safe Environment Program for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. If you are a first-time or returning volunteer, please see the following information to complete the Safe Environment Program (SEP) for Mary Immaculate Catholic School.

First Time Volunteers
The Diocese of Dallas is now using a new Safe Environment platform called VIRTUS.

Please click HERE to access the VIRTUS Registration page. You can also click HERE to access the VIRTUS webpage, click on ‘First Time Registrant’ and select the Diocese of Dallas from the dropdown menu. Complete all required information and reach out to Amy Hill to follow up and schedule an interview.
